Born out of a passion for India and Indian food, they offer an unparalleled dining experience.
The menu at Mayur has been designed to reflect the variety of Indian cuisine. They are also keen to dispel the notion that Indian food is unhealthy. Ego Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar

The restaurant sits in the heart of Liverpool's foodie district, and because it's right next to the Philharmonic Hall it's possible to combine an evening of music with a great dining experience. In the summertime, sit outside and just soak up the atmosphere in Europe's Capital of Culture.

Their philosophy is very simple. Ego restaurants are about great food, a relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful dining experience - perfect for everything from a quick lunch to a four course dinner.

All dishes are cooked fresh to order using only the very best ingredients. Wherever possible they buy local, organic produce, and their menus always make the most of whatever's in season. It means the steaks are a little juicier, the salads a little crisper and the desserts a little sweeter.
