Bold Street is situated in the heart of Liverpool close to Church street and hosts an interesting mix of popular high street stores and independent shops. Some of the popular brands include Dune and Kookai.

Bold Street is famous for its cafes and for the Church of St Luke, which is situated at one end. The other end leads into the area surrounding Clayton Square, which is part of the main retail district of central Liverpool. Liverpool Central, one of Liverpool's main stations after Liverpool Lime Street, can also be accessed via an entrance on Bold Street.
